Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal "walk-in" business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (865) 544-0751.

- Traveling West on I-40: Take the Exit 388 toward US-441 S/Henley Street. Keep left at the fork to continue toward Henley St/TN-1/TN-33/TN-71/US-11/US-441/US-70 and merge onto Henley Street and merge left onto Henley Street/TN-1/TN-33/TN-71/US-11/US-441/US-70. Turn left at W Clinch Avenue and turn right at Locust Street. John J. Duncan Building on the left.
- Traveling East on I-40: Take Exit 389A toward US-441 N/Broadway. Keep right at the fork to continue toward N Hall of Fame Drive and merge onto N Hall of Fame Drive.
