NEWS RELEASE The Knoxville Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Police Chief Sterling P. Owen IV of the Knoxville Police Department, announce the arrest today of David Aaron Becker, age 53, of Rojo Lane in Knoxville. Special Agents from the FBI and Knoxville Police Department's Interstate Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Becker without incident on an authorized complaint. The complaint charges Becker with violation of Title 18, United States Code Section 2252, Receiving and Possessing Child Pornography. Becker will be afforded an initial appearance at United States District Court in Knoxville this afternoon. The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
