FBI and KCSO request public’s assistance in bank robbery investigation: The Knoxville Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Knox County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who was in a position to have further information on a serial bank robber. The public is requested to provide any information which could help to identify and locate the man in the picture. This man is not considered a fugitive from the law, but is being sought as part of the investigation into Wednesday’s robbery of the SunTrust Bank located inside the Kroger store at 9161 Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville.
