Interstate Travel for illicit sexual conduct with another:   Timothy Jung McGaha, also known as “TJ”, age 20, was arrested at a residence in Dandridge, Tennessee this morning. The arrest occurred without incident and was conducted by Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. McGaha was arrested pursuant to a federal warrant issued by the Northern District of New York, charging him with violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2423(b), traveling in interstate commerce for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with another person. McGaha will be afforded an initial appearance before United States Magistrate Dennis H. Inman in Greeneville, Tennessee at 1:00 p.m. this afternoon. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
