Fugitive Slated for Feature on America’s Most Wanted Apprehended Tonight by the FBI, KCSO, and KPD, as Part of the Safe Streets Task Force

At approximately 5:45 p.m., Raymond D. Butterweck, age 66, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was arrested by members of the FBI Safe Streets Task Force in collaboration with the Sevierville Police Department. The arrest was pursuant to a Federal Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) warrant. The warrant was issued by the Southern District of Florida and was obtained on 01/22/2009 by the Miami Division of the FBI. Butterweck is charged with two counts Felony Sexual Battery of a Child and one count of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation. The arrest occurred, without incident, at 428 Park Road, Sevierville, Tennessee.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
