FBI Knoxville Arrests Individual Wanted on Child Pornography Charges

At approximately 10:00 a.m., Rickey Lee McDaniel, age 52, of Knoxville, Tennessee, was arrested by Special Agents of the Knoxville Division of the FBI as part of the efforts of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The arrest was pursuant to a federal Possession of Child Pornography warrant issued in the Northern District of Georgia, obtained by the Knoxville Division on 02/20/2009.

The arrest occurred, without incident, at 2420 Fernbank Road, Knoxville, Tennessee.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
